Preparation before the party

LESS THAN 3 WEEKS TO GO ! ! !
Diner en Blanc is an event like no other, it does take a little bit of planning and preparation but it pays off in spades, making for an amazing night!
 
The Diner en Blanc basics are listed below, hopefully this helps with your preparation!
 
Must-Bring Items
1 square folding table (between 70 x 70cm and 80-90 x 80-90cm) and 2 white folding chairs
1 picnic hamper to carry your belongings
Print-outs of your electronic confirmations (online registration, e-store receipts & Witches Falls receipt)
1 form of ID for each person (guests must be of legal drinking age)
 
Must-Bring Picnic Basket Contents
1 white tablecloth and 2 white cloth napkins
2 white plates and 2 dessert plates (non-disposable; no plastic!)
2 sets of cutlery (no plastic)
2 glasses (must be melamine, acrylic or good quality plastic, no glass)
An ice bucket (ice will be supplied)
1 complete meal for two
1 garbage bag
1 lighter (to light the sparklers, sparklers will be supplied)
 
The Added Extras
A (white) table centrepiece, let your creativity flow
Use a trolley to carry your table and chairs – Highly Recommended!
Ladies – Bring an extra pair of comfortable shoes, you may need to walk up to 800 metres to reach the event
In case of rain, bring a transparent / white raincoat, poncho, or umbrella.
 
You can lighten your prep load and hire your furniture and pre-purchase your gourmet picnic hamper via the e-store!
 
Just a reminder all alcoholic beverages MUST be pre-purchased through the Witches Fall Diner en Blanc website witches-falls-diner-en-blanc.myshopify.com
